Pendant la r\u00e9volution lib\u00e9rale, les moines du monast\u00e8re de Jeronimos, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Bel\u00e9m, ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 la recette originale des premiers \u201cpast\u00e9is de nata\u201d pour assurer leur survie. Les ingr\u00e9dients sont extr\u00eamement simples, mais pour obtenir une tarte \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me portugaise parfaite, il faut un peu de technique !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Bien qu'il existe d'innombrables recettes, celle qui suit est l'une des plus simples et constitue un bon point de d\u00e9part pour tenter de percer les \u201csecrets\u201d de cette recette ancienne :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">1 paquet de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e surgel\u00e9e (vous pouvez la faire vous-m\u00eame, si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">1 litre de lait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">400 g. de sucre cristallis\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">9 jaunes d'\u0153uf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">80 g. de farine de bl\u00e9 tout usage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">1 zeste de citron<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">1 b\u00e2ton de cannelle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Cannelle en poudre (facultatif)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Farine \u00e0 saupoudrer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Beurre pour graisser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Instructions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Faire bouillir le lait avec le b\u00e2ton de cannelle et le zeste de citron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">M\u00e9langer le sucre avec la farine et ajouter lentement le lait \u00e0 travers une passoire, en remuant bien ensuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Chauffer \u00e0 nouveau en remuant continuellement, retirer lorsque la cr\u00e8me est bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9e et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Battre les jaunes d'\u0153ufs s\u00e9par\u00e9ment et les ajouter \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me en remuant constamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur une surface farin\u00e9e. La replier et l'\u00e9taler \u00e0 nouveau. \u00c0 l'aide d'un emporte-pi\u00e8ce ou d'une tasse en verre, d\u00e9couper des cercles de m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre que l'ouverture des moules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Graissez les moules avec du beurre et tapissez-les d'une fine tranche de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e en l'\u00e9tirant jusqu'au bord. Pour faciliter l'\u00e9tirement de la p\u00e2te, garder les pouces mouill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Placer les moules sur une plaque de cuisson et les remplir aux trois quarts avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Faites-les cuire au four, pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 250\u00baC ou plus, pendant environ 10 minutes. En fonction de votre four, il se peut que les dessus ne dorent pas autant que les versions authentiques que vous trouverez ici, mais ils vous rappelleront certainement de doux souvenirs du Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Servez-les chauds ou froids, avec ou sans cannelle, et surtout : essayez de ne pas tous les manger...
