Durante la rivoluzione liberale, i monaci del monastero di Jeronimos, situato a Bel\u00e9m, crearono la ricetta originale dei primi \u201cpast\u00e9is de nata\u201d per assicurarsi la sopravvivenza. Tuttavia, il gusto varia a seconda della ricetta e dei \u201csegreti\u201d di ciascun luogo di produzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Alcuni potrebbero obiettare che le differenze sono sottili, ma sareste sorpresi di scoprire quanti portoghesi non si fanno problemi a guidare per diversi chilometri solo per assaporare il loro pastel de nata preferito! Gli ingredienti sono estremamente semplici, ma per ottenere una perfetta crostata portoghese alla crema pasticcera occorre un po' di tecnica!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Sebbene esistano innumerevoli ricette, quella che segue \u00e8 una delle pi\u00f9 semplici e un buon punto di partenza per cercare di svelare i \u201csegreti\u201d di questa antica ricetta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">1 confezione di pasta sfoglia surgelata (se preferite, potete prepararla da zero)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">1 litro di latte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">400 g di zucchero semolato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">9 tuorli d'uovo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">80 g. di farina di grano tenero<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">1 buccia di limone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">1 bastoncino di cannella<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Cannella in polvere (facoltativa)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Farina da spolverare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Burro per ungere<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Istruzioni:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Far bollire il latte con la stecca di cannella e la buccia di limone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Mescolare lo zucchero con la farina e aggiungere lentamente il latte attraverso un colino, mescolando bene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Riscaldare nuovamente, mescolando continuamente, togliere quando la crema \u00e8 ben amalgamata e lasciare raffreddare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Sbattere i tuorli d'uovo separatamente e poi aggiungerli alla crema, mescolando continuamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Stendere la pasta sfoglia su una superficie infarinata. Ripiegarla e arrotolarla di nuovo. Con un taglia-cerchi o una tazza di vetro, tagliare dei cerchi dello stesso diametro dell'apertura delle teglie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Ungere le teglie con il burro e foderarle con una fetta sottile di pasta sfoglia, stendendola fino al bordo. Per facilitare l'allungamento della pasta, tenere i pollici bagnati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Disporre le teglie su una teglia da forno e riempirle per 3\/4 con la crema pasticcera fredda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Cuocere in forno, preriscaldato a 250\u00baC o pi\u00f9, per circa 10 minuti. A seconda del vostro forno, le cime potrebbero non dorarsi tanto quanto le versioni autentiche che troverete qui, ma sicuramente vi porteranno dolci ricordi del Portogallo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Serviteli caldi o freddi, con o senza cannella, e soprattutto: cercate di non mangiarli tutti...
