Durante a revolu\u00e7\u00e3o liberal, os monges do Mosteiro dos Jer\u00f3nimos, situado em Bel\u00e9m, criaram a receita original dos primeiros past\u00e9is de nata como forma de garantir a sua sobreviv\u00eancia. Dobre-a e volte a enrol\u00e1-la. Com um cortador de c\u00edrculos ou um copo de vidro, corte c\u00edrculos com o mesmo di\u00e2metro que a abertura das formas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Unte as formas com manteiga e forre-as com uma fatia fina de massa folhada, esticando-a at\u00e9 ao bordo.
