Check out Paúl da Serra, the largest plateau on the island with an average altitude of 1,500 meters, and scope the stunning views of both the north and south coasts. Head down to the quaint town of Prazeres for a local lunch. Afterwards, see the rugged cliffs and narrow winding roads around Fajã da Ovelha en route to Paul do Mar, Jardim do Mar, and Calheta.
