Fußweg Areeiro - Pico Ruivo
This famous hike starts at Areeiro Peak at an altitude of 1818m (5964ft) connecting to Pico Ruivo Peak which is the highest in Madeira at 1862m (6109ft).
On cloudly days or with passing fog it feels like walking in the clouds due to the cloud formation at these altitudes. Enjoy great views over Curral das Freiras (Also known as the Nun’s Valley) and Ribeira da Fajã da Nogueira. After a quick snack break at the Ruivo’s shelter house the hike continues down to Achada do Teixeira.
Ein Spaziergang an der heißen Südwestküste
Wir beginnen in 450 m Höhe und steigen auf dem alten Wanderweg die Klippe hinunter bis auf Meereshöhe. Bevor wir wieder nach oben klettern, werden wir einige Zeit am natürlichen Kiesstrand verbringen und vielleicht sogar im kristallklaren Wasser schwimmen.
Die Aussicht auf die majestätischen Klippen ist unglaublich, immer begleitet vom Rauschen der Wellen unter uns.
Die Wanderung zu den Wasserfällen
Diese Wanderung findet in Rabaçal statt. Einer der üppigsten und attraktivsten Orte der Insel mit Blick auf das Tal von Ribeira da Janela.
Wir werden alternative und empfohlene Wanderwege benutzen, um Ihnen die besten Wasserfälle zu zeigen. Ein Muss, wenn Sie schöne Landschaften und Wasserfälle lieben. Dazu gehören der Lajeado, die Lagoa do Vento (Lagune), der Risco und die 25 Brunnen-Wasserfälle sowie einige der besten einheimischen Fauna und Flora Madeiras.
Obwohl wir immer unser Bestes tun, um belebte Orte zu meiden, können einige Abschnitte bestimmter Wanderwege hier manchmal sehr belebt sein, insbesondere die 25 Brunnen.
