Noto per essere stato il luogo in cui le suore del convento di Santa Clara a Funchal trovarono un posto per nascondersi dagli attacchi dei Corsari francesi nei secoli XV/XVI, il Pico dos Barcelos è il luogo in cui ha origine questo tour, un punto panoramico con una superba vista sulla baia della capitale.
