    Car interior damage, lost keys or damaged tools, misfuelling tank, towing services and taxi or transfer services if not authorized by us. Garaging, parking and traffic fines is driver’s responsibility.

    No, you don’t need an International Driving License to drive in Madeira.

    What documents do I need to rent a car?

    Valid driver’s license and passport/ID in the main driver’s name are required.

    Is there a minimum age requirement?

    Yes, drivers must have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.

    What is your fuel policy?

    Client must give back the car with the same amount of fuel as he got the car.

    Where can I park in Madeira?

    Most hotels offer free parking. In cities, you’ll find both paid parking zones (marked in blue) and free parking areas. Shopping centers also provide free parking. Be cautious when parking on steep streets – always turn your wheels towards the curb.

    What happens if I have a breakdown or accident?

    Can I take the rental car to Porto Santo?

    No, our rental cars cannot be taken to Porto Santo due to insurance coverage limitations.
