Cancellation & Refund:

We only provide a refund of the advance payment (deposit) when the flight is cancelled. To initiate the refund process, we will require your flight number for investigation.

We can change the rental car dates if the client requests it, but please note that charges may be applicable.

Tours and Activities
You have 5 days to cancel any service before the date of the departure of the service. However, if you do not cancel before the 5 days, you will lose the payment/deposit for the service (tours and activities).
In case of operator cancellation due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the customers will receive a full refund.
Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will inspect it and notify you.

Alternatively to the cancellation, the activities can be refunded or rescheduled to another date, as long as the client and the service provider are in agreement.
Transfer Taxes (when applied) will be charged over the refunds.
