  • If the cancellation is made within the required notice period (at least 30 days before pick-up), we will refund 50% of the payment in advance made at the time of booking.
  1. Late Cancellation or No Show:
  • If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled pick-up or if you fail to pick up the car (no show), the payment in advance will not be refunded.
  1. Refund Processing:
  • Once the cancellation request is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and for the amount to reflect in your account.
  1. Modification of Reservation:
  • If you need to modify your reservation, such as changing the pick-up or drop-off dates, please contact our customer service team via email as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
  1. Force Majeure:
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without prior notice. We will make every effort to inform affected clients as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives.

  1. Rental Agreement
    1.1 This website, (“the Website”), is operated by Madeira Services (“the Company”). The Company acts as an intermediary between the owners of accommodation properties (“the Owners”) and the clients seeking to rent such accommodation (“the Clients”).
    1.2 By making a reservation through the Website, you enter into a rental agreement with the respective Owner.
  2. Reservation and Payment
    2.1 To secure a reservation, the Client must make an advance payment of the specified amount as determined by the Owner and communicated by the Company.
    2.2 The advance payment can be made through the available payment methods provided on the Website.
    2.3 The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    3.1 If the Client cancels the booking less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, there will be NO REFUND of the amount paid, and rebooking will not be possible.
    3.2 If the Client cancels the booking more than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, there will be NO REFUND of the amount paid. However, the Client may have the option to rebook, subject to the availability of the accommodation.
    3.3 Rebooking is subject to the availability of the accommodation and the discretion of the Owner. The Client must contact the Company promptly to discuss the possibility of rebooking.
    3.4 Any additional costs or rate differences resulting from rebooking, such as changes in the accommodation rates or seasons, will be the responsibility of the Client.
  4. Liability and Indemnity
    4.1 The Company acts solely as an intermediary and does not assume any liability for the condition, safety, or quality of the accommodation listed on the Website. Any disputes or issues regarding the accommodation should be addressed directly with the respective Owner.
    4.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the reservation, use, or rental of the accommodation.
