This was a great introduction to the food of Madeira. Our guide, Teresa, took us to tea and cake shops, then to the market to sample local fruits and handmade chocolates with Madeira wine. Lunch was<span class="booking-item-review-more"> a sample of a range of Madeira dishes and Portuguese wine, all topped off with a visit to Bar No. 2 where Freddy offered us various types of poncha (traditional ‘cocktail’ made with local rum). Everything was of such a high standard - great value for money.</span>
