With a superb view over Funchal, São Gonçalo I has the capacity to accommodate up to 10 people. Its five bedrooms, three with king-size bed, two with two single beds, makes this house an excellent choice for a family holiday or with a group of friends.

By request, you can use the heated pool during your stay, the cost is €150 per week for 24ºC, for 25ºC has a weekly supplement of €50 and for 26ºC the weekly supplement is €100. This must be paid at check-in.
In addition to the bedrooms there are also two bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and many outside corners, including a barbecue area.

There you will have options for culture, restaurants or commerce.

This villa is located close to the traditional market, old town of Funchal and the cathedral. From here you can explore on foot the various sights of our beautiful city. (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc …)
