Two men are lost in the mountains, after having entered the encumeada footpath, in Ribeira Brava. Three corporations are currently trying to find the two individuals who are in an uncertain part.

According to one of the corporations involved in the searches, the alert was given this morning and on the ground are the Madeiran Volunteer Firefighters, with eight operatives, the Santana Volunteer Firefighters, with two elements, the Ribeira Brava Volunteer Firefighters, with 5 operational plus two rangers.

Given that it is a path with several accesses and exits, the corporations are jointly working on search operations to rescue the two men lost in the mountains.

Dois homens encontram-se perdidos na serra, após terem entrado na vereda da encumeada, na Ribeira Brava. Três corporações estão neste momento a tentar encontrar os dois indivíduos que se encontram em parte incerta.

De acordo com uma das corporações envolvidas nas buscas, o alerta terá sido dado esta madrugada e no terreno estão os Bombeiros Voluntários Madeirenses, com oito operacionais, os Bombeiros Voluntários de Santana, com dois elementos, os Bombeiros Voluntários da Ribeira Brava, com 5 operacionais e ainda dois guardas florestais.

Dado que se trata de uma vereda com vários acessos e saídas, as corporações estão em conjunto a trabalhar nas operações de busca para resgatar os dois homens perdidos na serra.
